It has two cases, whether to be pronounced or
to be skipped.
Pronounced
= If the reader starts reading from the word
starting with Hamzat-Ulwasl,so Hamzat-ulwassl should be pronounced
Skipped
= If the reader connect the word which begins
with Hamzat-Ulwassl with the letter preceding it, so the letter preceding
Hamzat-Ulwasl is directly connected to the letter following Hamzat-Ulwasl.

Pronouncing Hamzat-ulwassl
Hamzat-Ul-Wassl
will be assigned with Dhammah, If the third letter of the verb has Dhammah
Exceptional
case
The
following words are the only verbs in Quran that has Dhammah on the third
letter and the reader should assign Kasrah to Hamzat-ulwassl if he starts reading with it.
Hamzat-Ul-Wassl
will be assigned with Kasrah, if the third letter of the verb has Fat-hah or
Kasrah
Hamzat-Ul-Wassl will be assigned with Kasrah in the nouns:
